Aerobic Classes
Align-N-Define Yoga - Low-intensity yoga targeting overall strength, balance, flexibility and core conditioning.
*Chairobics (Senior Class) - A 30-minute class that incorporates rhythmic exercises from a chair to improve muscular strength and flexibility. Meets in the gym.
Circuit Training / HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) - A high-intensity class introducing various short-interval stations which use resistive equipment to emphasize toning and muscular endurance. This type of training gets your heart rate up and can burn more fat in less time. Meets in the gym.
Core Training - Focus on core toning and strengthening to music.
HIGH Fitness - HIGH Fitness is simple, intense, consistent, inclusive and fun! HIGH takes old-school aerobics to the next level with modern fitness techniques such as HIIT training, plyometrics, intervals of strength & cardio and more! You can go high or you can go low, but you will always leave feeling HIGH!
Pilates - This 45-minute class focuses on building a strong core, improving flexibility, strength, endurance, coordination and balance.
Shake & Tone - A combination of an aerobic workout, toning and core strengthening.
*Silverbelles (Senior Class) - A fun-filled hour of low impact aerobics for ages 50+. Dance to oldies as you improve flexibility, muscle tone and cardiovascular system.
*Silver Sneakers Classic® (Senior Class) - Move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscle strength, range of motion and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a small exercise balls are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support. Meets in the gym.
Spin - Ride stationary bikes in a group exercise setting lead by an instructor to the rhythm of music. This class incorporates muscular endurance, strength training and cardiovascular internal training. Meets in the spin room.
Step - Using an adjustable step height, these classes can be modified for all levels. Designed to focus on cardiovascular conditioning, muscular strength, endurance and flexibility.
Strength & Tone - Using hand weights, stability balls and resistance bands of your choice to target various muscle groups. Meets in the gym.
Stretching - 45 minutes of stress-reducing relaxation techniques and flexibility training.
Therapeutic Yoga - Blend of restorative and gentle yoga, breath work, hands-on healing and guided meditation techniques.
Yoga - Focus on breathing, alignment, posture, flexibility and abdominal strengthening.
Zumba - A Latin style aerobics class incorporating low and high intensity moves for a calorie burning dance party.
Zumba Toning - Lightweight toning sticks are used to enhance sense of rhythm and coordination, while toning target zones, including arms, core and lower body.
Water Aerobic Classes
Aquacize - Low-impact water aerobics class designed to help improve your cardiovascular system.
Arthritis Aquatics - A class designed specifically for people with arthritis. Held in a heated, shallow pool, this class is designed to work painful joints through a gentle range of motion. Meets in the therapy pool.
Hydrocize - A beginner to intermediate water aerobics class incorporating cardiovascular conditioning, muscular toning and flexibility.
Surfs Up - A toning and cardio training class guaranteed to make you feel great! This class is appropriate for all levels and includes 25-30 minutes of cardio moves then 15-20 minutes of toning.
