Merit Health Wesley has proudly named Misty Dickerson, RN, as the 2016 recipient of the Margaret LaFon Employee of the Year Award. The Board of Trustees of Merit Health Wesley inaugurated the Margaret LaFon Employee of the Year Award in 2012 to be presented annually to an employee as recognition for their outstanding work and service.
